As a marketplace facilitator, Irish Street does not directly handle deliveries or returns. These activities are managed by individual Vendors. Users must refer to the specific delivery and returns policies provided by each Vendor.

2. Delivery Policy

2.1 Vendor Responsibility

  • Vendors are solely responsible for fulfilling and delivering orders placed by Users.
  • Vendors must ensure that deliveries are completed in a timely manner, adhering to their stated delivery schedules.
  • Vendors are responsible for any additional delivery charges that may arise, including those related to damages, returns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • 2.2 User Responsibility
  • Users must provide accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.
  • Users are responsible for tracking their orders using the information provided by the Vendor.
  • If there are any issues with the delivery, Users must contact the Vendor directly for resolution.
  • Users should review the Vendor’s delivery policy before completing a purchase.

     

2.3 Delivery Disputes

  • Any disputes related to delivery, including delays, lost packages, or incorrect deliveries, must be resolved directly between the User and the Vendor.
  • Irish Street is not responsible for any delivery issues and will not mediate such disputes.

2.4 Costs and Responsibility

  • Irish Street does not control the delivery process or any aspects related to delivery logistics.
  • Any additional delivery costs incurred are the responsibility of the Vendor, and Users must address any related issues directly with the Vendor.
  • Irish Street is not responsible for any delivery costs or other expenses associated with the delivery process.

3. Returns Policy

3.1 Vendor Responsibility

  • Vendors are required to establish and clearly communicate their own returns policies, including the conditions under which returns are accepted, the process for returning items, and any applicable timeframes and costs.
  • Vendors must comply with applicable consumer protection laws regarding returns and refunds.

3.2 User Responsibility

  • Users should carefully review the Vendor’s returns policy before making a purchase.
  • Users must follow the Vendor’s specified return process if they wish to return a product.
  • Users are responsible for any return shipping costs unless otherwise specified by the Vendor.

3.3 Return Disputes

  • Any disputes related to returns, including eligibility for returns, condition of returned items, and refunds, must be resolved directly between the User and the Vendor.
  • Irish Street does not assume any responsibility for return disputes and will not mediate such disputes.

3.4 Costs and Responsibility

  • Irish Street is not responsible for any costs associated with the return of products, including shipping fees or restocking fees.
  • Any extra costs related to returns must be managed and resolved directly between the User and the Vendor.

4. Non-Delivery and Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain products or services may be non-deliverable or non-returnable based on the Vendor’s policies. Users must check the specific conditions set by each Vendor.
  • Digital products, perishable goods, and customized items may often be non-returnable.

5. Reporting Issues

  • If a User believes that a Vendor’s delivery or returns practices violate our community standards or Irish law, they may report the Vendor to Irish Street.
  • Irish Street reserves the right to investigate reported issues and take appropriate action, including temporarily banning the Vendor or reporting them to relevant authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Irish Street is not liable for any issues arising from the delivery or return of products, including but not limited to delays, damages, or lost items.
  • Users acknowledge that all delivery and return transactions are between the Vendor and the User, and Irish Street is not a party to these transactions.
