By using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Definitions

  • "Platform": Refers to the Irish Street website and any related services.
  • "Vendor": Refers to any business or service provider listing their products or services on Irish Street.
  • "User": Refers to any individual or entity using the Platform to browse, purchase products, or book services.
  • "Terms": Refers to these terms and conditions.
  • "Vendor Terms": Refers to the terms and conditions set by individual Vendors.

3. Role of Irish Street

Irish Street is a platform that facilitates the connection between Vendors and Users. We do not directly sell any products or services listed on our platform. All transactions, including purchases and bookings, are conducted directly between Users and Vendors. As such, Irish Street is not a party to these transactions and does not assume any liability related to them.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors are responsible for creating and maintaining their own branded pages on the Platform.
  • Vendors must set their own terms and conditions for the products and services they offer, including but not limited to return policies, warranties, and customer service standards.
  • Vendors are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including Irish law.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Users are responsible for reading and understanding the Vendor Terms before making a purchase or booking a service.
  • Users must contact Vendors directly for any clarifications regarding the Vendor Terms.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring that their interactions and transactions with Vendors are in compliance with the Vendor Terms.

6. Irish Street's Rights

  • Irish Street reserves the right to temporarily ban a Vendor for up to one year if it receives a report from a User indicating that the Vendor's activities are against our community standards or violate Irish law.
  • Irish Street also reserves the right to report any Vendor to the relevant authorities if there is a suspected violation of Irish law.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Irish Street is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the transactions between Users and Vendors.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product or service descriptions provided by Vendors.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from transactions between Users and Vendors must be resolved directly between the parties involved. Irish Street will not mediate or involve itself in such disputes.
  • If a User has a complaint about a Vendor, they should first contact the Vendor directly. If the issue is not resolved, Users may report the Vendor to Irish Street for further action as outlined in Section 6.

9. Changes to Terms

Irish Street reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users and Vendors will be notified of any changes through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes shall constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any legal actions or proceedings related to the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Ireland.
